• 30 days residential with food, accommodation, and training fully free.
• Spoken English, public speaking, teamwork, and self-confidence training.
• Experiential learning through debates, role plays, storytelling, and peer learning.

Who Can Apply

• Youth aged 16-25 from rural, semi-urban, or slum communities.
• Applicants who have completed at least Class 8.
• Economically disadvantaged participants willing to commit to the full residential schedule.
